Free Consultation
1- We call it love at first sight

Your first visit to our office will be a free exam for you or your child. Dr. Jackson will thoroughly check the head, beck, and of course teeth for any orthodontic problems. We may take some simple images or a scan to aid in her evaluation. Commonly she will evaluate crowding, overbites, cross-bite, and gaps. If she determines that orthodontics is recommended, now or in the future, we’ll sit down with you to discuss what type of treatment is recommended, why, how long, and estimate how much it will cost. You’ll understand everything you need to know in order to decide whether to proceed with treatment or not.
Records APPOINTMENT
2- Dot the i's and cross the t's

When you decide to proceed with the recommended care, a more thoroughly evaluation or what we call a “work up” will be done. This process will need us to take additional photos, xrays, and or scans. This will be used to finalize the best course of treatment. This information is used to not just develop a custom treatment plan for each patient, but also allows us to help document and maximize your insurance benefits. We also use the records to track the progress of treatment as the teeth move towards their optimal position.
After Dr. Jackson has thoroughly evaluated your diagnostic records, we’ll explain your treatment to you in detail, including the fees for your particular case.
StartAppointment
3- Rome wasn't build over night

After the records appointment, we’ll be ready to schedule the appointment to get you or your child started. This will typically be when she gets her braces, expander, Invisalign aligners or whatever she needs. The start appointment is typically the one of the longest appointments in the journey to that optimal smile. It typically takes one to two hours. You’ll then see us at regular intervals four to eight weeks apart for any needed adjustments, which typically take 20-40 minutes.
We work hard to stay on schedule and to give you the best possible experience, we see patients by appointment only. We love our patients as they understand the importance of not only keeping their appointment, but also arriving on time and ready to have fun. If you are unable to arrive on time for an appointment, please notify us immediately and we will help get you scheduled to a better time.
